Job description
Key job responsibilities
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for pricing and revenue management systems across multiple geographies and customer segments, directly influencing AGL's competitive positioning
- Design and implement advanced pricing mechanisms that incorporate real-time market signals, capacity forecasts, competitive intelligence, and customer behavior patterns
- Partner with data science teams to define requirements for pricing models, optimization algorithms, and machine learning systems that drive revenue growth — and validate their business impact
- Drive cross-functional initiatives with engineering, operations, sales, finance, and business development teams to deliver end-to-end pricing solutions
- Define success metrics and KPIs to measure product impact, track business performance, and inform data-driven decision-making across the pricing platform
A day in the life
Your day might start with analyzing overnight pricing performance data, followed by collaborating with data scientists on model improvements. You'll sync with engineering teams on system development, meet with operations to understand capacity forecasts, and work with sales to gather customer feedback. You'll spend time designing new pricing features, documenting requirements, and presenting recommendations to stakeholders. The role offers a mix of strategic thinking and tactical execution in a fast-paced environment.

You'll have exposure to senior leadership and opportunities to influence org-wide strategy. - Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, computer science, data science, engineering, or other related field
- 3+ years of end to end product delivery experience
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning technology products - MBA or advanced degree in a quantitative field (economics, operations research, data science, engineering)
- Experience with pricing, revenue management, or marketplace dynamics
- Experience building or improving ML-driven or algorithmic products
- Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, or transportation industries
- Track record of influencing senior stakeholders and driving alignment across diverse cross-functional teams

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
