Own and drive the end-to-end marketing strategy for executive leadership visibility, positioning our leaders as key voices that strengthen and differentiate the company’s brand.
What You Will Be Doing:
Partner closely with executive communications, PR and creative teams to ensure alignment across messaging, narrative development, and external engagement opportunities.
Lead planning and management for executive-related events, including conferences, speaking engagements, media appearances, and high-impact industry moments.
Act as the central “air traffic controller” for all executive marketing efforts—ensuring consistency, quality, and strategic alignment across teams and initiatives.
Develop tailored marketing plans for key external partnerships, organizations, and audiences; meet directly with external collaborators to build and refine these plans.
Guide and influence internal campaign managers and cross-functional marketing teams to align their work with broader executive and brand priorities.
Establish frameworks for evaluating opportunities, prioritizing engagements, and improving return on investment on executive time and presence.
Develop and refine reporting dashboard to measure short and long-term impact across executive engagements.
Continuously develop the manner in which executive voices and thought leadership manifest across channels, keeping authenticity intact while broadening impact.
What We Need to See:
10+ years of experience in marketing, brand strategy, or communications, with a strong emphasis on executive visibility, thought leadership, or high-profile brand representation.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Proven ability to operate at a strategic level while also accomplishing tactically in fast paced environments.
Experience working closely with senior executives, with the judgment and discretion required to represent and advise at the highest levels.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly with PR, communications, and campaign marketing teams.
Demonstrated ability to synthesize multiple inputs into a cohesive strategy and make clear, confident recommendations.
Outstanding collaborator management skills, both internally and externally.
A sharp instinct for brand, narrative, and audience—knowing how to translate executive voices into meaningful market impact.
Ways to Stand Out from the Crowd:
Experience building or scaling the public presence of executive leaders in organizations where leadership visibility is closely tied to brand perception.
A robust network or knowledge of major industry events, media environments, and leading thought platforms.
Examples of turning executive engagement into measurable business outcomes (brand growth, pipeline influence, partnerships, etc.).
A point of view on how to balance authenticity with strategic amplification for high-visibility leaders.
Experience acting as a “hub” role—where multiple teams rely on you for direction, prioritization, and final alignment.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 136,000 USD - 212,750 USD for Level 4, and 168,000 USD - 270,250 USD for Level 5.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
