Job description
HR Partners are known for their knowledge of HR programs, processes and tools. They act as frontline consultants to the business, working with managers in creating positive employee experience and offering the best HR advice on people matters. They operate and are seen as subject matter experts, having deep knowledge of company and local programs, processes and policies; and offer strong, credible and compelling advice to business leaders on how to manage their team. They are dedicated to collaboration with multiple HR Business Partners and HR Specialists aligned to various businesses.
Key job responsibilities
The Sr. HR Manager will lead a team of US based HRPs who act as influential partners in helping managers solve complex people problems which include manager development, performance management, and implementation of organizational changes. The Sr. Manager is responsible for developing their team towards high performance including establishing and maintaining performance metrics and quality standards for delivery. Thanks to their key role close spanning multiple business, HR Partners are in a position to spot trends, identify emerging needs and address them in partnership with the appropriate business or HR stakeholders. In addition to delivery of core HR services, HR Partners also act as process design experts, to identify opportunities for improvement in people processes and systems, design solutions, and partner across HR functions to drive implementation and adoption.
• Manage complex stakeholder relationships for multiple HR Leaders and their organizations.
• Lead large-scale HR transformation initiatives and integration projects that span the globe.
• Develop and implement innovative solutions to scale our model and support while remaining flexible to adapt and respond to last minute needs.
• Drive continuous improvement in HR delivery and operational efficiency
• Oversee case management and resolution for complex employee relations matters including highly visible escalations requiring senior-level intervention
• Deliver results on country, region, or global projects both through leading their HRP team and within the Sr. Manager scope.
• Significant focus on developing HR Partners across multiple levels leading to continually raising the bar on building manager capability. - 8+ years of HR Generalist or HR Specialist in a corporate environment experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience communicating and presenting to senior leadership
- Experience analyzing large datasets and communicating findings to stakeholders and senior leaders - Experience converting insights into strategy and communicating complex ideas clearly and logically in written communication
- Experience partnering with executive-level leaders to identifying and solving business issues
- Experience rapidly growing an organization and attracting, hiring, and maintaining top talent
- Experience coaching senior leaders and managers with strong talent assessment skills

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
