The Customer Service Rep is responsible for coordinating and scheduling a team of field service technicians in a fast-paced service organization in the HVAC industry. The position is responsible for maintaining an organized daily workflow, working with company resources to respond to customer requests, and ensuring that company revenue goals are achieved.
HVAC Maintenance Tech responsibilities will include:
Provide heating and cooling preventive maintenance and tune-ups. This includes HVAC, heat pumps, ducted systems, boilers, etc.
Communicate all information to the office by opening/closing jobs in electronic scheduling system to include but not limited to, job arrival, job completion, follow up notes/summary of work completed, etc.
Obtain the customer’s approval for work and obtain payment on-site as appropriate.
Maintain clean, neat vehicles and job sites and projects a clean, well-groomed professional appearance always.
Assume responsibility for trucks, tools, and uniforms.
Attend group meetings and training, as needed. Participates in monthly and special company meetings, as appropriate.
Use good judgment and self-control in areas wherein the company entrusts him/her to maintain company and customer confidentiality.
Establish a sound positive work relationship with all members of the New Berlin team. Must be able to listen and implement all suggested feedback received.

0-1 year of HVAC service experience
Clean driving record
A professional, amicable demeanor
Ability to work well under pressure
Organization and attention to detail
Attentiveness and patience
Time management
Basic computer (tablet) skills
Highschool diploma or GED
Ability to lift/carry items up to 75 lbs.
Willingness to work in tight spaces (crawl spaces & attics)
Ability and willingness to use a ladder (climb up and down)
