As Director, you will manage the complex and cross-functional questions that define the future of Gemini. This isn't about optimizing a single funnel, it’s about understanding the interconnected health of our entire platform. You will be a visionary leader who grows in the space—solving ambiguous problems that don't fit into neat boxes and require a blend of creative intuition and technical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Develop sophisticated incrementality models to understand the interplay of GeminiApp with other products across the Google ecosystem (including cannibalization and spillover effects).

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a similar technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 15 years of experience as a Data Science leader.

Preferred qualifications:

• PhD or Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Computer Science).
• Experience establishing a data-driven culture by infusing critical measurement and "growth-accounting" into a team.
