The Core StratOps organization's mission is to power Core’s velocity through strategic clarity, operational aptitude, and delivering at scale. The organization provides strategic clarity by converting high-level objectives into actionable roadmaps and prioritizing resources. To deliver at scale, the team acts as the bridge between infrastructure, security, and developer tools, identifying and solving systemic bottlenecks for the entire Core product area.
As Director, you will lead efforts that directly shape the engine of Core through the deep insights that drive our operational aptitude. Our mission is to empower and influence decision-makers by providing actionable insights and contextualized data and tools, ultimately improving development and product velocity across all of Core. You will be responsible for defining and executing a multi-year outlook and strategy for business intelligence, and building the necessary infrastructure to deliver impactful metrics to engineering leaders.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $262,000-$365,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
