What You Will Do
- Manage and execute facilities, utilities, and infrastructure projects from planning through construction and validation, ensuring adherence to approved scope, budget, and timelines.
- Plan, inspect, and coordinate preventive maintenance, repairs, and facilities-related activities to support operational uptime and equipment reliability.
- Support the implementation and sustainment of the site Reliability program, including reliability-centered maintenance and preventive maintenance automation tools.
- Coordinate rearrangement, relocation, renovation, and improvement projects for equipment, machinery, and utilities based on operational needs.
- Evaluate, select, and coordinate external service providers to ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, environmental health and safety, and cost standards.
- Review machinery manuals, schematics, and technical drawings to diagnose issues and guide installation, maintenance, or repair activities.
- Maintain complete and accurate technical and regulatory documentation in accordance with site and corporate standards.
- Coordinate and oversee the daily activities of facilities technicians, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback aligned to defined performance metrics.
What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering field.
- Minimum 0 years and maximum 2 years of experience in facilities, utilities, or operations engineering.
- Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish).
- Documented knowledge of reliability-centered maintenance concepts.
- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting preventive maintenance or reliability programs in a regulated manufacturing environment.
- Experience using project management tools for planning, tracking, and reporting.
- Experience coordinating external contractors or service providers.
United States of America Pay Ranges:
- Puerto Rico: $64,400 - $94,400 USD Annual
Travel Percentage: 10%
