Blink is at the forefront of implementing AI-driven solutions, and we're seeking a Product Manager to own the Blink Offline
go-to-market experience across key retail partners. In this role, you'll translate Sales-defined product and assortment decisions into launch-ready execution strategies, determine how products
go to market at each retailer, and build AI tools that become scalable product assets — transforming manual
GTM processes into intelligent, repeatable systems.
Key job responsibilities
Product Ownership & Prioritization
• Own the Offline
GTM roadmap for your assigned Blink portfolio: determine how, when, and in what sequence products reach each retailer — making trade-off decisions on launch timing, resource allocation, and process investments.
• Translate Sales-defined assortment plans into actionable
GTM requirements — identifying gaps, dependencies, and risks, and driving resolution before they become blockers.
• Write product requirements and business cases for new
GTM capabilities, AI tools, and process innovations that improve how Blink reaches Offline partners.
• Maintain and iterate on the
GTM roadmap in alignment with senior leadership on quarterly priorities and trade-offs.
• Scope and define requirements for regional retailer expansion (Canada, Mexico), partnering with Sales on market decisions.
Customer & Retailer Experience
• Own the product experience at shelf: packaging requirements, bundle configuration specs, content readiness, and retailer portal deliverables — ensuring what arrives at retail meets partner standards and shopper expectations.
• Represent Offline
GTM needs in upstream product discussions, advocating for packaging, configuration, or content changes that improve launch readiness and retailer acceptance.
• Build relationships with retailer-facing teams to stay close to partner requirements and translate operational friction into product improvements.
AI-Enabled Product Development
• Identify, scope, and build AI-powered tools that solve specific
GTM problems (e.g., automated retailer content generation, launch-readiness scoring, timeline risk detection, setup sheet automation).
• Own the product lifecycle for internal AI tools you build: define the problem, write prompts/requirements, test outputs, measure impact, and iterate.
• Engineer and optimize AI prompts to automate repeatable launch tasks — treating these as product deliverables with version control, quality standards, and measurable outcomes.
• Build the case for AI tool investment by quantifying time savings and error reduction against manual baselines.
Cross-Functional Execution
• Drive product launches end-to-end for your assigned portfolio — coordinating across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Creative, and Legal from planning through post-launch handoff.
• Develop launch-readiness dashboards and tracking mechanisms that provide stakeholder visibility and enable informed
go/no-
go decisions.
• Identify process gaps and propose solutions; escalate blockers and trade-offs to senior leadership with clear recommendations.
A day in the life
As a
Go-to-Market Program Manager, your day starts by reviewing launch-readiness dashboards you've built to flag risks across your Blink Offline portfolio. You translate Sales assortment decisions into actionable
GTM plans — determining sequencing, retailer-specific content needs, and packaging specs. Mid-day, you're refining an AI prompt that auto-generates retailer portal content, cutting hours of manual work into minutes. You join a
cross-functional sync to unblock a Canada expansion dependency, then close the day scoping requirements for a new AI tool that predicts timeline slippage before it happens. You own how products reach the shelf — and you're always making that faster.
