The Music Vertical connects audiences and artists by powering the full music content lifecycle on Spotify. The team enables creators, distributors, and Spotify teams to ingest, manage, and distribute music at global scale, while delivering the tools and services that support creation, promotion, expression, monetization, and trusted experiences for fans and artists alike.
You’ll join Spotify’s Music team, supporting senior leadership in a fast-moving, highly collaborative environment. This role sits at the center of the team’s day-to-day operations, helping leaders stay focused, prepared, and connected. You’ll play a key part in enabling the team to do their best work while contributing to how we show up internally and externally.
What You'll Do
Keep your executive’s calendar running smoothly by scheduling and prioritizing internal and external meetings
Plan and coordinate business travel, including detailed itineraries and logistics
Track expenses and manage purchase orders, ensuring deadlines are met
Support day-to-day communication, including managing phone logistics and contact updates
Organize team events, offsites, and industry moments, and provide onsite support when needed
Partner closely with your executive to align their time with team and company priorities
Collaborate with communications and content teams to prepare materials for presentations and speaking engagements
Support special projects, research, and planning work as needs come up
Who You Are
You have 3+ years of experience supporting senior leaders in an executive assistant role
You know how to stay organized and manage multiple priorities without losing attention to detail
You build strong, trusted relationships and handle sensitive information with care
You’re comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly
You stay calm under pressure and find solutions when plans change
You anticipate needs and take action before being asked
You balance day-to-day execution with longer-term planning
You communicate clearly and work well with a range of partners
You enjoy working as part of a team and supporting shared goals
Where You'll Be
This role is based in Los Angeles
We offer you the flexibility to work where you work best! There will be some in person meetings, but still allows for flexibility to work from home.
We ask that you come in 2-3 times per week
The United States base range for this position is $93,000–$132,000 USD, plus equity. The benefits available for this position include health insurance, six-month paid parental leave, 401(k) retirement plan, monthly meal allowance, 23 paid days off, paid flexible holidays, and paid sick leave. These ranges may be modified in the future.
