Lead technical accounting strategy and execution to ensure accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and strong internal controls across complex business areas. This role partners with
cross-functional leaders to interpret accounting standards, advise on strategic initiatives, and strengthen financial processes that support scalable, compliant growth.
About the Team
The Technical Accounting team ensures the integrity and accuracy of financial reporting by interpreting accounting standards and providing guidance on complex transactions and business initiatives. Partnering closely with finance, operations, and external stakeholders, the team drives compliance, strengthens controls, and enables informed decision-making. This role plays a key part in supporting scalable growth while maintaining high standards of financial governance and accountability.
What you'll do...
- Oversee technical accounting, financial reporting, and audits, ensuring compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards
- Evaluate complex transactions, provide accounting guidance, and advise on financial impacts of strategic initiatives
- Strengthen internal controls and risk management frameworks, ensuring SOX compliance and audit readiness
- Lead budgeting support, balance sheet reviews, and variance analysis to inform business decisions
- Partner cross-functionally to improve accounting processes, systems, and reporting accuracy
What you’ll bring...
- Strong experience in technical accounting, financial reporting, and audit within complex organizations
- Deep knowledge of GAAP, financial statement analysis, and regulatory compliance requirements
- Proven ability to advise on complex accounting issues and influence cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience with internal controls, SOX compliance, and risk management practices
- Track record of developing talent and leading high-performing accounting teams

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
