A problem isn’t truly solved until it’s solved for all. That’s why Googlers build products that help create opportunities for everyone, whether down the street or across the globe. As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.
As a Technical Program Manager (TPM), Warehouse and Logistics Security Systems, you will be responsible for the design, standardization, and implementation of physical security systems across Google global warehouse and logistics footprint. You must have professional program management experience along with expert-level technical know-how of large-scale logistics, distribution center, or critical infrastructure physical security deployments.
You will be responsible for designing and reviewing security systems, standardizing layouts, creating design concepts, and managing testing and commissioning. A key component of this role is managing the distinct security strategies across various Google warehouse archetypes.
You will collaborate with internal supply chain partners, deployment teams, hardware logistics teams, security operations and external systems integrators to ensure that the warehouse security systems program is aligned with current global security policies, and that all physical deployments meet compliance and industry standards, including TAPA FSR Level A Certification.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
