Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $189,000 - $274,000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and refine the repeatable processes and frameworks that enable our UX team to deliver bold, high-quality work at lightning speed.
- Serve as the central point of contact for UX, orchestrating alignment on priorities, roadmaps, and resource allocation with key partners in Product, Engineering, Research, and Trust & Safety.
- Partner with UX discipline leads to forecast, plan, and allocate team capacity, ensuring we are always focused on the most critical user and business goals.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks in our processes, tools, and cross-functional communication, empowering the team to focus on impactful design and research.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and team culture through well-planned strategic off-sites, workshops, and communication initiatives.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in program management within a UX, design, or product development organization.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in environments focused on AI, machine learning, or other emerging technologies.
- Deep experience working directly with and understanding the needs of UX disciplines (e.g., interaction design, UX research, content strategy, UX engineering).
- Excellence of resource planning, and project and data management, with an ability to turn insights into actionable strategies.
- Track record of building and scaling UX operations in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and rapidly evolving environment (such as a startup or a v1 product).
