Key job responsibilities
Main responsibilities
* Partner with the Head of Agency Upfronts to elevate the sales strategy, messaging, and operational excellence of the Upfront program across the Agency team and broader sales organization.
* Design and orchestrate all components necessary for successful agency sales engagements, including defining objectives, scope, and performance tracking mechanisms.
* Equip sales teams and managers so they can operate more efficiently and strategically at every stage of the Upfront process. Gather and prioritize team needs and challenges, collaborating with partner teams to develop scalable solutions. The long-term and ongoing goal is to force-multiply the effectiveness of the team.
* Actively contribute to shaping the long-term structure and mechanisms of the Upfront program—enhancing yearly cycle planning, improving decision-making frameworks, and up-level tools and infrastructure.
* (Long term/aspirational) Actively contribute over time, even in a scrappy way, to driving an AI-first approach for the agency sales team and Upfront program, leveraging automation and intelligence to enhance efficiency and decision-making.

About the team
The Senior Program Manager, US Upfronts will join the US Agency team that builds strategy and operation for one of Amazon Ads most cross-functional workstream - The Upfront. - 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership - 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
- Knowledge of general AI tools
- Experience designing, implementing, and scaling upskilling, apprenticeship, or workforce development programs across large-scale operations or corporate environments, including forecasting workforce needs and leveraging analytics to drive program decisions

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
