We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sr. Training Manager to join our Patient Support Training Team. The Sr. Training Manager will focus on driving the overall training strategy, process, analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of performance-focused training programs. This role is pivotal in continuously improving the capabilities of our Patient Support Training team and delivering impactful training initiatives with minimal guidance from training leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development of comprehensive training strategies to support the goals of the Patient Support Organization.
Independently manage complex projects
Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation:

Driving Business Results:
Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s Degree preferred.
At least 5+ years of experience in a training role, preferably within the healthcare or life sciences industry or similar experience preferred.
2+ years of Patient Services experience preferred.
Proven experience in developing and delivering performance-focused training programs.
Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS), e-learning platforms, and training software.
Ability to work independently and lead a team with minimal supervision.
