At Meta’s Reality Labs, we are developing the future of robotics. Meta is seeking an experienced Hardware Operations Program Manager to join our Robotics Operations Team. In this role, you will be a critical member of the program team, partnering closely with a multi-disciplinary engineering organization to ensure the operational and execution needs of hardware programs are met end-to-end.
You will work cross-functionally across Reality Labs including hardware, software, legal, finance, operations, procurement, and facilities to build relationships, serve as a dependable point of contact, and ensure program needs are met. To be successful, you will remove barriers to execution, clearly communicate progress and risks to stakeholders, and maintain the big-picture program view while diving into details to unblock specific issues.
