Agentic Experience Delivery Manager

This role drives the execution of agentic commerce initiatives. You will help translate strategy into clear plans with defined owners, drive cross-functional coordination across product, engineering, and content teams, and ensure workstreams move from concept to launch with velocity and accountability. You will also maintain the visibility and reporting that keeps teams current without requiring them to ask.

Own launch readiness and workstream visibility for leadership
Assist with delivery of agentic commerce initiatives from planning through launch
Translate strategic direction into clear plans, requirements, milestones, and accountable owners
Track progress, identify blockers, and maintain execution velocity across workstreams
Coordinate feature and geo expansion rollouts with clear timing and ownership
Maintain workstream visibility and status
Feed execution learnings back into strategy so future work is better scoped

4+ years in program management, operations, or a similar delivery role
Experience managing multiple workstreams simultaneously across cross-functional teams
Ability to translate high-level strategic direction into clear plans, tasks, and owners
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with shifting priorities
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Experience in digital commerce and online retail across a variety of platforms
Familiarity with AI tools, agentic platforms, and emerging commerce surfaces
Experience supporting product launches or feature rollouts at scale
Interest in emerging technologies and the future of commerce

You will take strategic direction and turn it into scoped plans, coordinated teams, and shipped experiences. The work spans agentic platform launches, feature rollouts, geo expansions, and the cross-functional coordination that holds it all together. At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $117,400 and $176,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
