Responsibilities

  • Partner with product management and engineering to define and shape a multi-year investment strategy and roadmap.
  • Envision and execute go-to-market plans for Threads, collaborating across engineering, product management, partnerships, operations, partner marketing and communications to test, announce, launch, & scale products.
  • Surface & synthesize qualitative & quantitative insights that shape marketing and product direction.
  • Shape Threads’ approach to text creation through audience segmentations, market analyses, and first-person research.
  • Understand and evangelize for the needs of creators, actively identifying gaps and opportunities to better serve the audience.
  • Influence the development of products and features that help creators grow, create content and stay safe on Threads.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Requires 5 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation
  • Requires 5 years of experience in the following:
  • Business strategy, product marketing, or marketing
  • Launching and driving adoption for new products and services, owning and achieving KPIs
  • Marketing funnel and how to optimize it at each stage
  • Conveying ideas to end users and engineering teams
  • Developing marketing strategies using both quantitative and qualitative insights
