- Develop deep understanding of OEM, channel partner, and enterprise end‑customer care‑abouts and translate them into effective long‑term growth strategies
- Own and evolve the design win portfolio, ensuring competitive differentiation and leadership positioning
- Partner closely with Sales to drive unit, revenue, and market share growth across retail, channel, and enterprise segments
- Manage the account P&L, delivering predictable profitability and sustainable growth across quarters
- Lead commercial strategy and contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes
- Identify and execute opportunities to grow profitable in‑house market share with Large OEM and MNC customers
- Align cross‑functional teams to support customer execution, launches, and lifecycle success
- Proven experience as a Technology Business Development Leader managing large OEM or multinational accounts
- Semiconductor industry experience strongly preferred
- Personal computing ecosystem experience (OEMs, channel partners, enterprise customers) strongly preferred
- Demonstrated success working across multiple routes to market (retail, channel, enterprise)
- Strong organizational skills with excellent time management and prioritization abilities
- Outstanding listening, analytical, and strategic thinking skills
- Exceptional presentation, communication, and written skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Marketing
- MBA preferred
