Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and drive resolution of technical build blockers with cross-functional stakeholders
Provide timely, clear executive-level reporting on build progress and critical path status
Partner with Contract Manufacturer (CM) partners for the program, managing factory build events and vendor relationships

BS degree in Engineering required; Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred
3+ years of experience in hardware engineering or operations program management
Proven ability to effectively manage factory build events and vendor relationships

Strong technical background in EE or ME
Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and leadership skills
Ability to manage complex build matrices and detailed build planning schedules
Superior attention to detail with a strong commitment to rigor and excellence
Self-motivated and proactive with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities
Understands and deals well with rapid development cycles and constant change; remains flexible and calm in the face of uncertainty
Experience interfacing with cross-functional teams including Systems Engineering, Mechanical design, Software/Firmware, Reliability, and Operations.
Ability to travel internationally to support build events
