Our team works closely with creative engineers, designers, marketers, etc. to help design and develop technologies that improve access to the world's information. We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $163,000-$237,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Define and convert a cohesive, differentiated product strategy and long-term goal for Google Cloud Security Platform portfolio, capitalizing on opportunities in Security, Identity, and Agentic AI, evolve the platform to be AI-ready.
- Collaborate with engineering to establish and execute against a product roadmap designed to scale the business significantly, effectively managing multiple products.
- Build relationships with key internal partners to ensure identity and security solutions meet workload needs.
- Partner effectively with Go-to-Market teams to define clear GTM strategies, enable the field, provide channels for customer acquisition, and accelerate business growth and adoption.
- Drive collaboration with external partners.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in product management, creating enterprise software products or platforms.
- 2 years of experience in cybersecurity, cloud security or identity and access management (IAM).
- Experience with go-to-market strategy and design discussions.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working cross-functionally, partnering with groups such as engineering, product marketing, and UX/UI to balance trade-offs and deliver solutions.
- Experience with AI/ML technologies and their practical applications.
- Experience managing technical product initiatives from conception to launch.
- Understanding of Agentic concepts.
- Excellent organizational, critical thinking, prioritization and communication skills.
