AMD is seeking an Internal Mobility Advisor to join the Global Talent Acquisition team and play a critical role in delivering a seamless, compliant, and high-quality mobility experience for employees, managers, and stakeholders across the organization.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Global Talent Mobility, this role serves as both a program owner and talent acquisition consultant, driving operational excellence across internal movement and relocation processes. You will own mobility offer execution, partner cross-functionally with HR, Global Mobility, TA Operations, and Hiring Managers, and ensure employee transitions are handled with accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex operational challenges, and is passionate about improving processes, reducing risk, and enhancing the employee experience through scalable solutions and strong stakeholder partnership.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused, with a strong ability to manage complex, compliance-sensitive processes. You are a proactive problem solver who can navigate ambiguity, influence stakeholders, and balance operational execution with a strong customer-service mindset.
You bring excellent communication and project management skills, along with the ability to identify process gaps, mitigate risk, and drive continuous improvement across cross-functional teams.
