Lead and develop a team of Engineering Project Managers and Engineering Program Specialists responsible for build health, internal software availability, mobile asset delivery, and factory asset preloading processes. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Engineering Project Managers and Engineering Program Specialists focused on build health, internal software availability, mobile assets, and factory asset delivery
Drive strategic planning and continuously improve processes for build health monitoring, internal software deployment availability, and asset delivery optimizationPartner with cross-functional teams to streamline mobile asset delivery processes and factory asset preloading workflows
Ensure operational excellence through proactive system health monitoring, capacity planning, and performance optimization across all asset types
Foster innovation in tooling, automation, and process improvements to enhance engineering experience and asset delivery efficiency
Coordinate complex initiatives involving multiple engineering teams, factory operations, and mobile asset stakeholders
Develop team capabilities through coaching, performance management, and career development planning
Lead organizational change management during platform transitions and infrastructure modernization efforts
BS/MS EE/CS/CE or equivalent
5+ years of management experience with demonstrated success leading project management or technical operations teams
Strong background in software development, build systems, or release engineering
Proven track record of scaling teams and processes in fast-paced technology environments
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Experience managing teams involved in build and release engineering or release management
Deep understanding of software development lifecycle and project management methodologies
Unix programming/scripting experience and technical systems knowledge
Demonstrated ability to develop talent and build inclusive, high-performing teams
Experience with process improvement and organizational transformation initiatives
Strong strategic thinking with ability to balance short-term execution with long-term vision
Track record of successful cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role.
