Meta is seeking a senior, results-oriented Enterprise Marketing Manager to lead the strategy and execution of Meta's executive engagement and sponsorship programs for WhatsApp Business Platform and Business AI. In this role, you will own end-to-end program delivery across high-touch executive hospitality activations, 3rd party sponsorship activations at major industry tentpoles, and integrated marketing programs designed to accelerate enterprise pipeline and deepen C-suite relationships. You will build the connective tissue between marketing activations and sales pipeline progression, ensuring every program drives measurable business outcomes. You have experience leveraging AI and messaging technologies to transform enterprise communication and customer experiences, and you have experience navigating ambiguous problem spaces by defining strategies, building alignment, and driving execution.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and refine marketing strategies specifically designed to engage and influence C-suite and VP-level decision-makers within large enterprise organizations, including account prioritization frameworks and nomination workflows aligned to sales pipeline priorities
- Executive Hospitality & Sponsorship Activation: Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and post-event accountability for premium executive hospitality programs and 3rd party sponsorship activations at major industry events, hosting senior executives in curated, high-touch formats that drive relationship depth and pipeline acceleration
- Pipeline Accountability & Measurement: Define pipeline-linked KPIs, build workback plans with sales teams, and drive post-event mutual action plans (MAPs) to ensure consistent pipeline progression and measurability from marketing activation through to revenue
- Program Management: Manage complex, global, multi-stakeholder programs across multiple geographies simultaneously, including vendor management, compliance coordination, logistics, budget ownership, and cross-regional team alignment
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with sales leadership, enterprise sales specialists, product marketing, legal/compliance, and external agency partners to ensure tight alignment between marketing activations and sales enablement priorities
- Content & Experience Development: Collaborate with subject matter experts, product teams, and executive speakers to develop high-impact executive experiences, including thought leadership content, product demos, peer-to-peer networking formats, and account-specific materials
- Stakeholder Communication: Present program strategies, pipeline results, and optimization recommendations to leadership through executive readouts, MBRs, and cross-functional forums
- Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of competitive sponsorship landscapes, emerging executive engagement formats, and enterprise marketing trends to continuously elevate program quality and differentiation
Minimum Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in B2B marketing, with a significant focus on enterprise marketing, executive engagement, and/or experiential/sponsorship marketing
- Proven track record of developing and executing large-scale executive programs that drive measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes (ability to demonstrate $50M+ in influenced pipeline)
- Deep understanding of the enterprise sales cycle and the ability to build programs that accelerate deals at each stage, from awareness through commitment
- Experience managing premium hospitality or sponsorship activations involving C-suite audiences, including logistics, compliance, vendor coordination, and executive-level experience design
- Experience operating in global, matrixed environments with multiple regional stakeholders and competing priorities
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage 5+ complex, concurrent initiatives across geographies with minimal oversight
- Proven ability to work on ambiguous, undefined problems requiring original strategy, conceptual thinking, and the ability to drive alignment across cross-functional stakeholders and leaders
- Strong analytical orientation; comfortably defining measurement frameworks, tracking pipeline attribution, and using data to optimize program performance
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field MBA or equivalent advanced degree
- Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
- Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
- Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and pipeline reporting infrastructure
- Experience with enterprise messaging, SaaS, cloud, or platform businesses
- Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and tools
