Job description

The Technical Program Manager will be responsible for bringing teams together to deliver on large-scale security programs. This includes defining and driving the execution of multiple tracks of work to achieve program goals, handling dependencies and risks, and regular communication of status to partners. As a Technical Program Manager, you will partner with key customers to ensure program objectives are aligned with AIS strategy and implement mechanisms to measure the success of program outcomes.

5+ years of shown experience in leading large-scale technology programs (e.g. software development, infrastructure or cloud technologies)
Expertise with running the entire lifecycle of a program, from planning to execution and driving continuous improvements
Experience leading programs in a matrix environment including working with engineering managers, software developers, and other multi-functional teams
Experience driving the successful delivery of sophisticated, multi-functional initiatives including ability to negotiate and assemble plans, secure commitments on work, close co-ordination of dependencies and resolve blocking issues
Proven experience with Jira, Wrike, or equivalent tools to directly handle and coordinate a large number of complex efforts efficiently
Strong problem solving skills; with the ability to lead through ambiguity to deliver incremental value to our customers
Ability to effectively collaborate with multi-functional teams and build positive relationships
Good communication, writing, and presentation skills
Familiarity with information security domains and/or knowledge of security fundamentals

Knowledge of security architecture and secure design principles
Experience handling data engineering programs related to Data Pipelines
Proven experience using Jira, Wrike or equivalent tools
CISSP and related security certifications
Agile certification is a plus
PMP certification is a plus
Experience with Keynote, Pages, Numbers, and other Apple tools or equivalent

We are looking for an outstanding Technical Program Manager to join AIS (Apple Information Security) PMO. As a Technical Program Manager, you will lead high impact security initiatives with touch points across the entire company. You will be the authoritative source for your program and be able to holistically understand and communicate program dependencies and impacts within and external to the program. A successful candidate is a self-starter, passionate about getting results, and thrives in a highly collaborative environment.

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $172,100 and $305,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

The base pay range for this role is between $163,300 and $290,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
