Do you like helping customers implement innovative cloud computing solutions and solve technical problems? Would you like to do this using the latest cloud computing technologies? Do you have a knack for helping groups understand application architectures and integration approaches, and the consultative and leadership skills to launch a project on a trajectory to success?
As a Senior Solutions Architect within the
AWS WWPS Partner team, you will have the opportunity to help shape and deliver on a strategy to build broad use of
AWS services—including IoT, high-performance computing (
HPC), advanced analytics, and AI/ML—directly with our ecosystem of systems integrators, consulting and technology partners. You will serve as a dedicated technical resource for a high-growth autonomous maritime defense partner, leading strategic engagement at the executive level with minimal oversight. Your broad responsibilities will include: owning the technical engagement and ultimate success around specific implementation projects; defining implementation architectures across compute, data,
machine learning, and operational tooling; responding to RFPs; developing deep expertise in
AWS technologies as well as broad know-how around how applications and services are constructed using the
AWS platform; and being a subject matter expert on security as it relates to customer applications and services.
You will drive architectural decisions across multiple concurrent workstreams and ensure
AWS is positioned as the strategic infrastructure partner of choice during critical scaling periods. This role requires the ability to operate independently, communicate credibly with both technical and executive stakeholders, and maintain momentum across complex, multi-domain engagements.
