We are looking for a strong Partner Solutions Architect – Data and AI in our Worldwide (WW) Data and AI Partner Go-To-Market (GTM) team, with primary focus on Amazon QuickSuite.
Ideal candidates are those who have practical working experience across business intelligence, analytics, AI-powered workplace productivity, and the broader data landscape. This experience would include designing and implementing enterprise BI solutions, building interactive dashboards and visualizations, developing data models, architecting AI-powered analytics platforms, and implementing agentic AI systems for workplace automation. Candidates should have a strong understanding of fundamental concepts such as data visualization, SPICE in-memory analytics, embedded analytics, natural language query (NLQ), generative AI for business intelligence, AI agents, large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), dashboard design, dataset modeling, row-level security (RLS), self-service analytics, and AI-powered workflow automation. Expertise in BI platforms, data preparation tools, analytics services, AI-powered productivity solutions, and agentic AI frameworks, leveraging AWS services for use cases including executive dashboards, operational reporting, predictive analytics, AI-driven insights, and autonomous workplace agents, is desired.
Knowledge of BI, analytics, and AI platform administration tasks, such as user provisioning, access management, performance optimization, cost management, data governance, model governance, security best practices, and compliance requirements, would also be valuable. Familiarity with AWS technologies like Amazon QuickSuite, Amazon QuickSight, Amazon Bedrock, Agent core, Amazon Athena, AWS Glue, Amazon Redshift, Amazon S3, Amazon SageMaker, and experience integrating BI, analytics, and AI solutions with enterprise data sources, SaaS applications, and business systems, would make candidates well-suited for this role.

Key job responsibilities
Partner Advisor: Collaborate with regional teams to enable partners and customers in adopting AWS business intelligence, analytics, and AI-powered productivity services, with primary emphasis on Amazon QuickSuite capabilities.
Devise Strategy: Partner with regional teams to define and execute engagement strategies for BI modernization, analytics adoption, embedded analytics implementations, AI-powered insights, agentic AI for workplace automation, and self-service analytics across global territories and key partners. Emphasize the growing demand for AI-driven business intelligence, generative AI for analytics, and autonomous workplace agents.
Product Collaboration: Stay closely connected to AWS QuickSuite, analytics, and AI service teams, working with regional partner teams to launch new capabilities across our technology portfolio, enabling partners to quickly adopt innovations in dashboards, AI-powered search, natural language query, automated insights, and agentic AI workflows.
Thought Leadership: Provide thought leadership on BI, analytics, and AI-powered productivity solutions, including dashboard design patterns, embedded analytics architectures, AI-powered analytics use cases, agentic AI implementations, data governance frameworks, and self-service analytics strategies. Create enablement content through AWS Blogs, Whitepapers, reference architectures, and present at AWS events and industry conferences.
Community Engagement: Drive best practices across regions, participate in, and contribute to the worldwide AWS technical community of Solutions Architects and Consultants focused on our BI, analytics, and AI technology stack.
Partner Evangelism: Evangelize partner value propositions internally across global AWS teams and externally with customers, highlighting implementation paths for QuickSuite solutions, embedded analytics, AI-powered dashboards, agentic AI for workplace automation, data visualization modernization, and enterprise BI transformations.
Partner Enablement: Drive partner solutions and go-to-market strategies across regions. Enable partners to build differentiated offerings for QuickSuite implementations, custom BI solutions, embedded analytics platforms, industry-specific dashboards, AI-enhanced analytics applications, and agentic AI workplace solutions.
Architectural Guidance: Provide architectural guidance for successful partner engagements globally, helping them leverage AWS services to win and deliver complex BI, analytics, AI-powered productivity, and agentic AI projects worldwide.

- 2+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience
- 4+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience
- 5+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries experience
- Experience working within software development or Internet-related industries
- Experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
