Position Overview
Robotics & Digital Solutions, part of the Johnson & Johnson Med Tech family of companies is currently recruiting for a Finance Director to lead US Commercial Finance team for the OTTAVA business. Reporting to the Head of Finance OTTAVA, this role will be based in Santa Clara, CA, under a hybrid schedule.

Johnson & Johnson Robotics was established in 2020 with the integration of Auris Health, Verb Surgical, C-SATS, and Ethicon. It comprises three key med-tech platforms: Flexible Robotics (MONARCH®), Surgical Robotics (OTTAVA™), and Digital Solutions. We are looking for a finance leader to build and scale a high-impact finance function for OTTAVA’s US Commercial Organization. Acting as CFO and strategic business partner to the VP/GM OTTAVA US, this critical role will provide financial and business leadership to advance both the short and long-term commercial strategies and accelerate growth in the region.
This individual will be responsible for creating a culture that prioritizes leadership and talent development, fosters inclusivity, leverages individual strengths, and facilitates constructive performance conversations.
Responsibilities:
Influence and shape commercial go-to-market strategies to drive performance and accelerate growth
Responsible for US Region P&L and Balance Sheet owning sales forecast, operational P&L governance, corporate planning cycles and accounting compliance.
Build a high-performing finance team to support growth and acceleration in the region
Partner with Commercial Operations and Sales leaders to implement offer development and contracting strategies
Partner with Sales Operations on design, execution and tracking of comp plans.
Qualifications:
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably with a major in Accounting or Finance. An MBA, CPA, CMA and/or other advanced degree(s) or financial certification(s) is preferred
A minimum of 10 years of finance business experience. Commercial finance experience is preferred
Candidates for this role must have:
Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to inspire, motivate, and empower people
Ability to effectively influence and shape senior level business decisions in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated results building partnerships and collaborating at all levels and multiple functions/affiliates
Strong business acumen coupled with strategic mindset
Strong technical and analytical skills
This role will require up to 10% domestic travel.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$172,000.00 - $198,950.00Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
