As a Multimedia Engineer, you will play a critical role in the development, production, and delivery of multimedia content supporting Apple's internal and executive communications, creative storytelling initiatives, and live events.
This role combines deep creative production expertise with technical knowledge of multimedia systems, editing workflows, and asset management. You will partner closely with stakeholders, creative teams, and engineers to design production workflows, execute multimedia projects, and maintain Apple-level creative standards.
Leading stakeholder meetings to scope multimedia projects, gather requirements, and align production timelines.
Editing and producing multimedia content including executive messaging, internal communications, and creative storytelling projects with deep fluency in Final Cut Pro and Apple specific graphical technologies.
Designing and optimizing multimedia production workflows across pre-production, production, and post-production.
Managing multimedia assets, including ingest, storage, archival, and content distribution workflows.
Supporting multimedia production for corporate initiatives, internal events, and executive presentations.
Developing motion graphics and visual storytelling elements that align with Apple's design and brand standards.
Partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure multimedia deliverables meet creative, technical, and business requirements.
Providing technical expertise in editing systems, production technologies, and creative tools.
Identifying opportunities to improve multimedia workflows, tools, and production efficiency.
Supporting multimedia production initiatives across Apple TV+, Marcom, and expanding Services partnerships.
Supporting Assistant Directing, broadcast producing, and sound mixing as needed.
Contributing to a lean, cost-efficient team model by performing multiple specialized production roles simultaneously in support of all Services operations.
5+ years experience in multimedia production, post-production, and broadcast environments.
5+ years in Final Cut Pro, Motion, and Compressor, including Apple-specific editing and graphical technologies.
5+ years with motion graphics and visual effects tools including Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Cinema 4D.
5+ years hands-on experience in both single-camera and multi-camera editing workflows across scripted, unscripted, documentary, and corporate content formats.
5+ years experience with audio production, sound editing, and podcast workflows using Logic Pro or Pro Tools.
Strong knowledge of video codecs and file formats including ProRes, H.264, H.265, and DNxHD for both delivery and archival purposes.
Hands-on experience with media asset management (MAM) systems and post-production archiving workflows.
5+ years proven story producing experience with the ability to develop, shape, and drive compelling narratives across long and short form content.
5+ years expertise across the full production pipeline including pre-production planning, production support, and post-production editing with experience in color grading tools such as DaVinci Resolve.
5+ years deep understanding of color science and color finishing workflows, with the ability to oversee and execute color editorial decisions from offline through final delivery.
Experience producing and managing original content across video, animation, and photography mediums.
Ability to function as both a creative storyteller and technical operator, bridging the gap between editorial vision and post-production execution.
Live event production experience including serving as technical director and switcher operator, making real-time editorial cuts during live broadcasts and corporate events.
Proficiency with streaming and web conferencing platforms including Zoom or WebEx for live event broadcast support.
Multimedia production / with a background in Hollywood or comparable film, television, or documentary production.
Strong understanding of Apple brand guidelines, production style, pacing, and presentation standards across all content formats.
Strong organizational skills managing multiple concurrent multimedia projects in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to lead stakeholder conversations and translate creative requests into production deliverables.
Experience producing multimedia content across multiple mediums including video, social, podcast, and live event environments.
Background in motion graphics, creative storytelling/producing, or digital media production.
Experience supporting executive communications or corporate media productions.
Experience collaborating with creative teams, engineers, and production stakeholders.
Experience in Assistant Directing, broadcast producing, and sound mixing.
Experience in emerging technologies like AI and spatial editing for virtual content.

The team ensures creative, technical, and business priorities remain tightly aligned through deep cross-functional partnership, knowledge of industry trends, and an understanding of Apple's corporate systems landscape. Members work closely with leadership, business stakeholders, engineers, vendors, and production teams across Services to deliver technology ecosystems and original creative work that meet the demands of a high-growth, global organization.
