Lead hiring strategy and delivery across multiple U.S.-based Engineering and Data Science organizations.
Translate workforce plans into structured, forward-looking hiring strategies aligned to business priorities and technical roadmaps.
Manage and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Associates, setting clear performance expectations tied to speed, quality, and stakeholder impact.
Partner directly with senior engineering and data science leaders to provide talent market insights, compensation guidance, and hiring trade-off recommendations.
Use recruiting analytics to assess pipeline health, forecast outcomes, identify risks, and drive data-informed decisions.
Establish disciplined operating rhythms, including sprint planning, hiring reviews, and performance dashboards to improve predictability.
Standardize recruiting workflows and structured technical assessment practices to reduce variance and improve hiring quality.
Drive continuous improvement through process optimization, capacity modeling, and digital enablement.
What you'll bring:
Demonstrated success leading strategic technical hiring across technical Engineering & Data Science organizations.
Direct people leadership experience managing and developing Talent Acquisition Associates or recruiters.
Strong analytical capability with experience translating recruiting data into actionable business insight.
Experience advising senior technical leaders on workforce planning, market feasibility, and hiring strategy.
Deep understanding of software engineering, platform, and AI/ML talent markets.
Proven ability to build scalable, repeatable recruiting programs in complex, fast-paced environments.
Strong executive presence with the ability to influence, challenge constructively, and guide data-backed decisions.
Operational discipline and experience implementing structured recruiting frameworks.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
