Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Specialist I to support logistics operations for clinical trials, pharmaceutical products, and scientific equipment.

In this role, you will help coordinate shipments, maintain supply chain operations, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and support inventory and documentation processes. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver exceptional service and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments
• Process orders and maintain accurate shipping documentation
• Support inventory management and supply chain activities
• Ensure compliance with shipping, customs, and trade regulations
• Collaborate with internal teams, carriers, and external partners
• Maintain accurate records and operational documentation
• Assist with quality processes, SOP adherence, and regulatory compliance
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and problem resolution
• Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, warehousing, supply chain, or related operations preferred, but not required
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as M2M
• Knowledge of shipping documentation, customs procedures, and international trade regulations
• Experience with GMP, GDP, clinical trial regulations, or quality management systems
• Familiarity with dangerous goods transportation regulations
• Professional certifications in logistics, trade compliance, or dangerous goods handling are a plus
• Advanced English communication skills; additional languages are beneficial
• Demonstrated analytical thinking and process improvement capabilities
