What you'll do...
Position SummaryLeads automation, supply chain, and start-up training initiatives within distribution centers. This role partners with Operations, Engineering, and Site Leadership to ensure safe, reliable ramp-up of automated processes while improving product flow, efficiency, and associate readiness.
Key Responsibilities -
Lead automation and supply chain initiatives across distribution center operations.

Develop, refine, and deliver training for hourly associates and site leadership during DC start-ups.

Build standardized training content and facilitate hands-on, onsite learning sessions.

Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Site Leadership to support automation deployment and change management.

Manage multiple projects or workstreams, tracking milestones, risks, and readiness.

Analyze workflows and operational data to identify improvement opportunities.

Ensure compliance with safety, policy, and operational standards.

Coach and support associates to drive adoption, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Minimum Qualifications: -
5 years of experience in distribution center operations with exposure to automation, maintenance, or receiving.

Demonstrated leadership experience, including training delivery or content development.

Strong collaboration and communication skills in an operational environment.
Preferred: -
Experience supporting DC start-ups or automation rollouts.

Familiarity with WMS, robotics, conveyors, or automated material handling systems.
TravelUp to
75% travel is required. Actual travel will vary based on your
home location and the
start‑up schedule across sites.

PDC 3010 (Wellford, SC), with future deployments that include
PDC 2675 (Belvidere, IL),
GDC 6071 (Winter Haven, FL),
PDC 7079 (Mankato, MN),
PDC 6074 (Garrett, IN),
PDC 6062 (Shelbyville, TN),
PDC 6858 (Mebane, NC), and

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field and 2 years’ experience in project management, business, operations, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in project management, business, operations, or related area.
1 year’s experience working in cross-functional teams.
