Job description

The mission of the Google Cloud Business Platform (GCBP) is to drive scaling for the Google Cloud business and accelerate every organization’s ability to digitally transform. GCBP builds the foundational systems and platforms that allow the Cloud business to acquire, support, and grow customers efficiently at a global scale.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $336,000-$467,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Help craft our AI story that we can share externally with customers and support their AI adoption journey.
  • Guide your team to not only build innovative solutions but also to create a powerful narrative and a reference architecture for how large enterprises can succeed with Gen AI.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 15 years of experience in product management, with 8 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Experience leading cross-functional product initiatives from concept to launch.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience as a senior product leader at a technology or cloud company, specifically within an AI/ML product domain.
  • Technical expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and particularly Generative AI technologies (e.g., LLMs, agentic systems).
  • Ability to lead and influence a cross-functional environment, partnering effectively with research (e.g. DeepMind), platform (e.g., Cloud AI, Core), and Applied AI teams.
  • Ability to drive large-scale enterprise business process transformation using AI.
  • Ability to uncover root causes of complex AI/ML problems and provide clear guidance on solving them.
