Experienced HVAC Sales Rep – Virginia Beach, VA

Guy Smith is one of the largest and fastest growing heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical companies.

We are looking for an energetic, dynamic service technician or salesperson who is skilled at in-home or retail presentations. In-home sales experience is required. HVAC industry experience is preferred, but not required since Absolute will be putting you through product training. A highly confident and experienced HVAC technician, who wants to move into sales, will succeed. If you are looking to earn an income of $150k plus and expand your career.

Residential HVAC Outside Sales Responsibilities:

Conduct in-home consultations with leads generated for you from our corporate marketing team.

Present air conditioning, gas furnace, heat pump, mini split, and other HVAC products options with home owners.

Maintain lead pipeline through continued customer outreach and prospecting.

Qualifications:

Valid Drivers’ License

Residential service experience is preferred

3+ years with excellent customer service skills and HVAC/R Outside Sales experience
