Finance and Business Planning (FBP) is Meta's strategic finance organization, responsible for helping the company to plan, prioritize, and allocate resources at the highest level. We are looking for a Finance and Business Operations Manager in the Marketing Finance team who wants to shape the future of Meta's consumer and marketing products. In this role, you will report to the Director of Finance; you will partner closely with Marketing executives, acting as a trusted financial advisor and owning shared business goals. This role requires strategic thinking, building connections and influencing stakeholders through effective communication, an analytical mindset, and a bias towards action. You will be challenged to understand and contribute to rapidly changing business models, drive collaboration across teams, develop recommendations on strategic investment decisions, craft annual and long-term plans, and partner with marketing and business leaders to solve problems and achieve goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for the Consumer Marketing organizations
- Provide analytic support and develop actionable insights that will influence key decisions across Demand Generation and Direct Response channels
- Advance the thinking on measuring on-platform marketing channels, revenue displacements and inform marketing spend allocation
- Conduct analyses to drive sound investment decisions, such as return on marketing spend
- Create business partnerships with leaders of all levels and functions across marketing, product growth, and decision science teams
- Collaborate with central and horizontal Finance and Business Planning (FBP) teams to improve or automate core processes and drive adoption of AI tools internally
Minimum Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in rigorous Strategic Finance, FP&A, Business Operations, or related analytical organizations demonstrating increasing levels of responsibility
- Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, Math, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline
- Experience manipulating data sets and working with system and analytics tools (e.g. Hyperion, SQL)
- Demonstrated history of building trusted business partner relationships at increasingly executive levels, influencing decisions, and driving alignment on financial targets
- Experience communicating financial analysis in writing and verbally to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including presenting to senior leadership Experience building relationships and communicating with stakeholders across all levels and functions
- Experience directly partnering with executive leadership teams in a high-growth or rapidly evolving business environment
- Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
- Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
- Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
- Experience integrating AI tools into financial planning and analysis workflows to improve forecast accuracy, accelerate scenario modeling, or automate reporting processes
- Experience with ROI and LTV (Lifetime Value) frameworks to optimize marketing investments
- Experience problem-solving independently, organizing workload and priorities, and completing tasks on time
- Experience in Go-to-Market, marketing, marketing finance or digital advertising domains
