Summary:
As the Senior Administrative Assistant supporting the Vice President of Marketing and Marketing/MedEd leadership team, you will play a key role in keeping the business organized, connected, and operating efficiently. This role goes beyond traditional administrative support by partnering closely with leadership to manage priorities, coordinate meetings and events, support communications and presentations, and drive operational effectiveness through proactive problem-solving, collaboration, and process improvement. Success in this role requires strong judgment, adaptability, attention to detail, and the ability to operate with a high level of ownership and professionalism across a highly matrixed organization.
