Position Responsibilities:

Develop metrics to measure sales program success. Automate operational processes. Analyze data to uncover actionable business insights. Deliver reports impacting decision-making processes. Collaborate with Business Intelligence team to implement new reporting solutions. Help provide key sales productivity insights on business drivers including investigation of specific roles that improve productivity of sales teams. Support key strategic initiatives on global role taxonomy and help drive consistency with data-driven insights on variability or roles across sales organization. Participate in special projects impacting Generative AI functionality including assisting in the development of foundational datasets to unlock this capability.

Position Requirements:

Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field and one year of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Employer will accept a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field and five years of progressive post baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation as equivalent to the Master's degree and one year of experience. Must have one year of experience in the following skill(s): (1) experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or equivalent software; (2) experience defining, refining, and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies; and (3) Microsoft Excel or similar experience summarizing data into key insights and tables to assess sales capacity, sales productivity, and compliance.
