- You bring a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, compliance, risk management, and product safety, and can translate them into scalable product solutions
- You have designed and delivered end-to-end enforcement systems, including detection (rules/ML), decisioning, and enforcement workflows
- You have experience building human-in-the-loop platforms (e.g., case management, review tooling) that enable efficient and accurate operations at scale
- You demonstrate strong judgment and can make high-quality decisions in ambiguous, data-constrained, and high-stakes environments
- You excel at driving alignment across Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations, Engineering, UX, and Business teams, balancing competing priorities
- You are highly data-driven, using insights, experimentation, and metrics to shape strategy and deliver measurable impact across both seller experience and operational efficiency
- You are customer-obsessed, with the ability to deeply understand and balance the needs of sellers and internal operators
- You bring strong execution and organizational rigor, managing multiple complex initiatives while maintaining attention to detail
- You have exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, influencing across technical and non-technical audiences and driving decisions at scale

- Establish, track, and optimize key product metrics; leverage data, experimentation, and research to inform decisions and measure impact
- Ensure all platform capabilities are transparent, explainable, and fully auditable to meet regulatory and internal governance standards
- Identify operational inefficiencies and partner with Operations and Seller Support to streamline workflows and improve user experience
