A problem isn’t truly solved until it’s solved for all. That’s why Googlers build products that help create opportunities for everyone, whether down the street or across the globe. As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.
As a Special Projects Workforce Development Program Manager, you will address the critical electrical and piping trade gaps directly impacting hyper-scale AI data center delivery. Guided by Google’s three respects, you will respect the opportunity to transform regional workforce resource constraints into sustainable pathways for high-quality career advancement. You will own the strategic rollout of custom training programming and facilities, leverage your network for talent recruitment, localized upskilling pipelines, and craft support networks across the region. This role requires a mission-critical specialist with deep connection into crafts person pipelines, construction project knowledge, sophisticated data tracking capabilities, and a passion for solving complex, and large-scale industrial labor logistics.
