Job Description:
The Director of Central Supply Chain Planning leads the end-to-end planning function across the semiconductor manufacturing network. You will drive a weekly process that integrate front-end wafer fabrication, advanced packaging, back-end assembly/test, and finished good supply. This role is accountable for delivering a single, aligned plan that optimizes supply, cycle time, and constrained capacity while balancing customer commitments.
Operating as a peer to Fab Planning and Back-End Planning leaders, you will lead a team of experts in planning and leverage technology to rapidly respond to customer changes. You will bring a passion for continually improving and driving KPIs including delivery performance, factory utilization and profitability. This includes driving cross-stage synchronization, scenario-based decision making, and system enabled planning transformation leveraging Blue Yonder.

- Align demand, supply, and inventory strategies to meet customer commit dates and revenue targets.
- Drive trade-off decisions across stages
- Establish planning policies across the network.
- Capacity & Constraint Management
- Model and optimize constrained resources across the network.
- Quantify trade-offs (e.g., impact of non-value-added WIP on bottleneck tools).
- Drive prioritization frameworks for high-value products under constraint.

- Translate business rules into system parameters (lead times, yields, batching, pegging logic).
- Partner with IT and digital teams on roadmap and enhancements.
- Team Leadership & Organizational Design
- Build and lead a high-performing central planning team.
- Define roles across end to end planners, scenario analysts, and system experts.
- Develop talent with deep semiconductor and advanced planning expertise.
