Within this business, PillCam capsule endoscopy is transforming the way clinicians visualize and evaluate the gastrointestinal tract - unlocking diagnostic insight through a simple, patient‑friendly technology that expands access to care and enables earlier detection of disease. Each PillCam capsule contains a miniature camera(s) that travels naturally through the GI tract, capturing thousands of images that provide physicians with critical diagnostic insight.
As the largest portfolio within the Endoscopy business, PillCam plays a critical role in advancing innovation, expanding clinical impact, and driving future growth.
The Principal Global Upstream Product Manager will lead the long-term strategy for the PillCam franchise, translating clinical insights, customer needs, and market opportunities into differentiated product strategies and platform roadmaps. This role drives innovation in next-generation capsule endoscopy, including advanced imaging, AI-enabled analysis, and new clinical applications that expand how physicians diagnose gastrointestinal disease.

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
