Job description
Product and Business Strategy Leaders bring together teams across Google’s functions to help products execute optimally. Our team pushes Google to scale at key points that refine our products and infrastructure by executing efficiently, bringing solid business sense and sound judgment, and working effectively across organizational lines.
Our roles often include components of strategy (e.g. analyzing and understanding new trends in the industry, building business plans), operations (e.g. running the cadence of organizations, connecting the operating lines between our functions), and communications. Our team partners with senior leadership to run important functions that cross-cut our existing organizations and deliver high impact projects. We help Engineers, PMs, UX, and all of our other functions to build amazing products that delight our users, and then get those products into their hands.
Cloud AI manages digital transformation for global enterprises by providing advanced AI technologies and dynamic solutions that produce concrete business results. Responsibilities
- Manage strategic analysis that informs Google Cloud’s AI strategy. Identify the impacts of growth through Independent Software Vendor (ISV) and solution partners. Analyze product opportunity size and identify business growth through customer cohort analysis
- Work with Vice President (VP) leaders to support day-to-day decision making through timely analysis, drive alignment, and effective presentation skills.
- Lead the strategic pivot from legacy cloud operations to an AI-native posture, identifying high-impact AI-ification opportunities.
- Design platforms that codify domain knowledge into agent systems, enabling stakeholders to interact with data.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 11 years of experience in management consulting, product management and strategy, or analytics in a technology company.
- Experience analyzing data and managing cross-functional programs or projects.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with advanced SQL, Python, and BigQuery.
- Understanding of enterprise software business models.
- Ability to identify problems, design projects to address, execute with little guidance, and guide the work of more junior team members.
- Ability to ramp up quickly on a wide range of topics from accounting business recognition to AI/ML applications.
- Ability to independently drive complex projects with multiple executive stakeholders to successful completion.
- Ability to deconstruct complex, legacy operations and architect an Agentic AI replacement that achieves a step-function improvement in throughput or time-to-insight.

- Baby Bonding Leave: 18 weeks
