As an MRO Propulsion Engineer you will take ownership of the maintenance, refurbishment, and overhaul (MRO) lifecycle of our F100 engines—including acceptance testing. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll work side-by-side with passionate engineers and technicians to keep our propulsion systems performing at their best. Basic Qualifications
Preferred Skills and Experience
- 6+ years of F100 MRO or equivalent experience
- 4+years designing jet or rocket propulsion hardware with CAD +GD&T
- Proven responsibility for flight-proven hardware
- Experience with: air-breathing combustors, augmenters, ignition systems, variable-area nozzles, turbomachinery, high-temperature mechanical assemblies
- Siemens Teamcenter + NX
- ANSYS
- High-temperature alloy design and manufacturing
- Additively manufactured metal alloys
- Jet fuel experience
- Generating work instructions and managing nonconformances
- Instrumentation selection and usage for ground or flight test
- Hands-on experience with machining, welding, or hardware integration
- Hardware certification for flight operations, includuing test asset development
