The Enterprise Information Technology Strategy Leader is a senior strategic role responsible for shaping and advancing how the Information Technology organization communicates enterprise technology strategy, service management, data and AI priorities, cybersecurity posture, operational performance, and transformation progress . This role operates as a strategic advisor and storyteller across the IT organization, translating complex technical, operational, and business topics into clear, compelling narratives for employees, executive leadership, and Board-level audiences.
This position plays a critical role in helping define how IT strategy is understood across the enterprise. Working across technology, data, cybersecurity, operations, and organizational priorities, the role connects multiple threads into a cohesive strategic narrative that drives alignment, informs decision-making, and strengthens adoption of enterprise technology priorities . In addition to supporting executive communications, this leader helps elevate the visibility, impact, and business value of IT across ADI.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development of enterprise-level communications and strategic narratives related to:
Partner closely with the CIO, CISO, IT leadership team, cybersecurity leaders, program leaders, and technical experts to understand evolving priorities and translate them into clear, business-relevant communications .
Serve as a trusted strategic advisor in framing complex enterprise technology issues for senior stakeholders, helping shape the narrative around key decisions, priorities, and tradeoffs.
Drive consistent messaging, tone, and executive communication standards across IT, ensuring alignment across senior leadership, organizational updates, and external-facing executive materials.
Create high-impact executive and Board-level presentations that distill complex information into concise, actionable insights and support high-stakes decision-making.
Influence how enterprise technology strategy is communicated and understood across the organization, helping strengthen alignment, engagement, and confidence in IT priorities.
Support change management and transformation efforts tied to new technologies, operating model shifts, process changes, and digital initiatives.
Lead communication planning , governance, and review cycles for major IT announcements and updates, operating with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Identify opportunities to improve how IT communicates value, progress, and priorities to the broader business, and help establish scalable approaches, standards, and best practices.
Required Qualifications
This is a hybrid position that will commute to Analog Devices’ Wilmington, MA office.
For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. Shift Type: 1st Shift/DaysThe expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $167,090 to $241,955.
Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.
This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
