This role leads the orchestration and coordination of large-scale, complex projects and strategic initiatives that directly impact business performance and growth. Working across Business, Product, and Engineering you’ll help drive clarity, operating rigor, and execution excellence across the organization. Acting as an extension of the leader, this role ensures priorities are translated into action, decisions are well informed, and cross functional efforts stay aligned to business outcomes.

What you'll do...
- Translate high level strategy into clear goals, operating plans, and drive strategic priorities
- Coordinate project plans, timelines, budgets, and performance metrics across multiple work streams
- Analyze business data to identify trends, generate insights, and provide recommendations that support strategic decisions
- Partner with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements and scalable business solutions
- Develop contingency plans and resolve escalated issues to keep initiatives on track
- Establish governance modesl that improve speed, transparency, and accountability
- Develop executive ready narratives, materials, and updates for senior leadership
- Provide clear visibility into performance, risks, and trade-offs
What you’ll bring: - Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional projects or programs in a complex business environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Proven ability to manage budgets, prioritize competing initiatives, and drive results against defined metrics
- Experience developing and implementing process improvements, tools, or operational frameworks
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align partners at multiple levels
- Ability to solve complex problems, develop contingency plans, and adapt quickly to changing business needs
- Experience building partnerships and collaborating across teams to deliver business outcomes
- Proven ability to influence without authority in complex organizations
- Strong executive communication and synthesis skills

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
