About the Role
The IP Operations Analyst II independently reviews and responds to legal requests and inquiries from rights holders and creators. This role identifies, analyzes, problem solves, and communicates dynamic and unique fact patterns and provides subject matter expertise to
cross-functional teams. This role serves as an initial point of guidance for team members and also assists in training, quality assurance, technical writing, investigations, and other operational initiatives.

You Will
- Conduct end-to-end handling of inbound copyright-related requests and inquiries from external parties, including review and analysis in accordance with our policies and guidelines, using internal service tools for resolution, and collaborating with
cross-functional partners in Legal, Trust & Safety, and Customer Experience.
- Develop and expand domain expertise on the Twitch service ecosystem of user-generated content and emergent behavior of creators, rights holders, and other external stakeholders.
- Contribute to programmatic initiatives in compliance, proactive measures,
stakeholder management, and team infrastructure as needed. Participate in improving procedures, tooling, and strategies as a subject matter expert.

About the team
The IP Operations team is part of Twitch Legal and is responsible for helping Twitch navigate global safe harbor laws, curbing unauthorized intellectual property uses with the appropriate policy and operational measures, and guiding rightsholders and creators through our policies that are designed to meet those aims.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly in writing.
- Demonstrated continuous improvement in solving new and existing challenges.
- The ability to problem solve complex issues independently, efficiently, and proactively.
- Experience supporting high-level projects involving multiple
cross-functional stakeholders.
- 2+ years in intellectual property operations or enforcement
- Deep understanding of intellectual property law including DMCA, DSA, and trademark law

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
