Director, Integrated Supply Chain Intelligence
Turn data into direction and insight into impact, making the supply chain not just visible, but intelligent.
The Walt Disney Company is building a more predictive, connected, and intelligently enabled supply chain. This role will lead the strategy, roadmap, and operating model for enterprise supply chain intelligence, turning complex data into clear decisions that improve visibility, resilience, cost, compliance, and execution across a global network.
This leader will connect data, systems, and teams across sourcing, production, logistics, and compliance to create a scalable intelligence capability. Success in the role means earlier risk visibility, faster decision-making, stronger supplier insight, and measurable business value.
The Director, Integrated Supply Chain Intelligence will shape how supply chain intelligence is designed, delivered, and embedded into business decisions across the enterprise.
The Director, Integrated Supply Chain Intelligence is a senior leader responsible for building and scaling Disney’s end-to-end supply chain intelligence capability across sourcing, production, logistics, cost, and compliance.
This role serves as the hub for supply chain decision-making, combining reporting, visibility, analytics, and technology strategy to help leaders act with clarity and speed across businesses, geographies, and supplier networks.
We are looking for a builder who can create structure in ambiguity, identify near-term wins, and develop a long-term roadmap that improves resilience, reduces friction, and drives commercial value.
This function helps the enterprise operate with greater visibility, efficiency, and confidence across the end-to-end product lifecycle.
Connect data and workflows across product development, sourcing, logistics, and compliance.
Automate reporting and improve end-to-end visibility so teams can focus on action, not manual work.
Create trusted, scalable intelligence that supports traceability, compliance, and risk management.
Set the vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for enterprise supply chain intelligence.
Build scalable capabilities across forecasting, planning, logistics visibility, exception management, and cost intelligence.
Connect fragmented data, systems, and teams to improve decision quality, speed, and resilience.
Partner with senior leaders to align priorities, shape investments, and embed intelligence into operating rhythms.
Lead and develop a high-performing multidisciplinary team while fostering a culture of accountability, curiosity, and continuous improvement.
Act as a trusted thought partner to senior leadership, developing executive-level presentations, framing trade-offs, building business cases, and creating alignment around priorities, funding, and change.
Build and lead enterprise‑scale forecasting and production planning capabilities using historical selling, buying, and execution data.
Apply machine learning and advanced analytics to identify demand patterns, volatility, and emerging risks, continuously improving forecast quality.
Implement intelligent exception management that prioritizes issues, recommends actions, and accelerates response.
Provide leadership oversight for landed cost analytics, fully burdened cost models, tooling ROI, tariff engineering, and margin optimization.
Integrate cost intelligence with planning and execution data to enable informed trade‑offs across cost, service, speed, resilience, and compliance requirements.
15+ years progressive experience in supply chain, sourcing, planning, operations, analytics, or technology-enabled transformation in complex global environments.
Proven success building or scaling supply chain intelligence, control tower, planning, or analytics capabilities that improve business performance.
Strong end-to-end knowledge of demand planning, supplier management, logistics, cost, and compliance data.
Deep expertise in analytics, forecasting, data strategy, and technology-enabled decision support.
Ability to influence across functions, communicate with executives, and lead teams through ambiguity and change.
Deep expertise in advanced analytics, predictive modeling, machine learning, scenario analysis, optimization, and intelligently enabled insight, including experience applying statistical forecasting, classification, anomaly detection, and recommendation logic to practical operating decisions and measurable business value.
Strong command of data architecture, data modeling, master data management, ETL/ELT pipelines, API-based integration, and cloud data platforms, including how supplier, sourcing, production, logistics, and financial data should connect to support trusted, timely, and scalable decision-making.
Ability to work effectively with engineering, data, product, and technology teams to shape requirements, prioritize use cases, evaluate technical options, and guide scalable, explainable solutions, with strong fluency in SQL and comfort engaging on Python-based analytics, natural language processing, large language model use cases, and decision-support applications.
Strong fluency in executive dashboards, KPI design, BI tooling, semantic data layers, data governance, and insight communication, with the judgment to challenge analytical outputs and ensure recommendations are decision-relevant, credible, actionable, and aligned with responsible use of intelligent technologies.
Enterprise-level thinker with the ability to navigate complexity, ambiguity, and competing priorities while maintaining clear accountability for outcomes and long-term capability building.
Bachelor’s degree required in Supply Chain, Engineering, Analytics, Business, Technology, Operations, Economics, or a related field.
Advanced degree preferred.
