Job Overview
This role serves as the primary U.S. benefits leader and key partner within the broader Total Rewards and Human Resources organization.
Provide strategic leadership and oversight for the U.S. employee benefits function, ensuring the design, governance, delivery, and continuous improvement of all employee benefit programs across the United States. The role is accountable for maintaining competitive, compliant, and cost-effective benefit offerings that support business objectives and the overall employee value proposition.
With limited guidance, provide expert advice and consultation to senior HR leadership, executive leadership, and business stakeholders on all aspects of U.S. employee benefits. Lead a team of employee benefits professionals in a direct line and matrix environment to ensure effective program delivery and operational excellence.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $103,500.00 - $288,200.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
