Job Title: Director, Project Management, Enterprise Delivery Office. Patient Support Services
Location: Cambridge, MA or Morristown, NJ
About the Job
Join the team transforming care for people with immune challenges, rare diseases, cancers, and neurological conditions. In Specialty Care, you’ll help deliver breakthrough treatments that bring hope to patients with some of the highest unmet needs.
At Sanofi, we are committed to transforming patient health through the power of science. As a leading global biopharmaceutical company, we go beyond drug development to ensure our therapies are accessible and affordable for patients in need. Our Patient Support Services (PSS) team plays a key role in this mission, providing comprehensive support through reimbursement assistance, financial aid, patient education, and field-based services that help healthcare providers, patients, and caregivers navigate their treatment journeys.
We are seeking an individual who will serve as both the head of the Project Management function and a hands-on project leader for initiatives within the PSS portfolio. This role is the connective tissue between PSS strategy and execution — ensuring the right projects are resourced, governed, and delivered with excellence. Reporting directly to the Head of the newly established Enterprise Delivery Office (EDO), the Director will build and sustain a high-performing, flexible delivery team capable of managing the full breadth of the PSS project portfolio, including product launches, operational improvements, and strategic transformations.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned project management leader with 7+ years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare — ideally in patient services or commercial operations — who can seamlessly operate at both strategic and tactical levels. They bring proven expertise in building and scaling PMO functions from the ground up, including governance frameworks and portfolio management, while maintaining the hands-on capability to directly lead complex, cross-functional initiatives. As a people leader, they develop high-performing, versatile teams through coaching and mentorship, while building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders through exceptional communication and executive presence. What distinguishes this candidate is their ability to serve as the connective tissue between PSS strategy and execution — translating organizational priorities into disciplined delivery while thriving in the complexity of a matrixed, global, fast-paced environment.
We are an innovative global healthcare company, committed to transforming the lives of people with immune challenges, rare diseases and blood disorders, cancers, and neurological disorders. From R&D to sales, our talented teams work together, revolutionizing treatment, continually improving products, understanding unmet needs, and connecting communities. We chase the miracles of science every single day, pursuing progress to make a real impact on millions of patients around the world.
