We are seeking a candidate who will be part of a team that is involved in power and thermal optimization efforts along with debugging and enabling critical power features. As an exceptional team member, you will be entrusted with the pivotal responsibility of achieving the power and thermal objectives for Apple cellular projects. Achieve the power targets for Apple cellular products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve power and thermal targets.
Participate in power analysis and debugging for power regressions by analyzing modem logs.
Expand the existing power and thermal KPI use cases.
Bachelors and/or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent field.
0-2 years of experience in software engineering skills including design, programming (using C, C++), scripting (Python preferred, Perl) and debugging.
Experience in troubleshooting complex rare conditions between SW and HW power management flows.
Strong interest in the area of modem power management system/SW architecture & power flows.
Experience in the design and implementation of modem power management drivers.

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role.
