In this role, you will be a part of the team that serves as the critical connection point between large enterprises and Apple - to not only represent the needs of the market but also help share Apple’s story and point of view back to the market. You will have both inbound responsibilities voicing customer feedback into various product and engineering teams, as well as outbound responsibilities helping craft product messaging for enterprise customers. You will be responsible for developing marketing programs and messaging that promotes Apple among key influencers and decision makers in markets such as financial services, professional services, and the public sector.
You have a unique combination of technical skill, creative marketing execution, and critical thinking. You will also work cross-functionally with product marketing, marcom, PR and sales to deliver phenomenal marketing programs.
Own the marketing strategy, positioning and messaging of Apple’s products and services for enterprise customers through an industry lens.
Define and articulate compelling value propositions to internal and external partners and customers.
Develop key customer-facing assets, including messaging, Keynote presentations, app resources, web and marketing guides for the field and 3rd party channels.
Build and implement integrated marketing programs to drive the awareness and adoption of Apple products and services in the enterprise.
Work closely with Brand, PR, and Sales on development of launch activities and marketing materials, including new product introductions.
Support strategic customer and partner briefings and deliver key presentations to senior executive audiences.
Be the voice of enterprise customers and partners collecting input for future product development and messaging.
Synthesize various data/sources to distill into insights that can help shape our strategy, direction and execution.
Closely follow emerging market trends to understand how Apple products are best for enterprise.
7-10 years of product marketing experience, including developing the core product positioning, go-to-market strategy, and sales enablement for enterprise markets.
Superb communication and passionate presenter with authentic storytelling skills.
Experience crafting compelling and succinct positioning, messaging and differentiation for products.
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience.
MBA degree.
Consulting background a plus.
Strong preference for B2B experience.
Exceptional cross-functional collaborator who can influence teams across Apple.
Think strategically and analytically, then follow through to execution with unyielding attention to details.
Results-oriented with a positive “can-do” attitude to get things done.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment with the ability to deal with ambiguity.
